Trybe is a service based on the exchange of content and information between influencers and brands. To be able to do this properly, we need to collect some of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we share, store and protect this personal data. Furthermore it contains your rights regarding (a.o.) accessing and amending your data. This Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable privacy regulations based on Dutch law.

Age

Our service is not available for children under the age of 13 years. Next to this, all children up to the age of 16 must have parental consent to enter their personal data. If at any time Trybe finds out by checking parental consent, your age or gets notified that there is data stored that belongs to children under the age of 13, this data will be taken offline and removed as soon as possible.

By registering to the Trybe platform, you and Trybe agree that there is an agreement and your data is necessary for the execution of our service We store your login information so you do not have to re-enter this upon returning to our platform to optimize our service We may store data like number of followers, social posts and your username from your social channels to make sure that you are a real person and do not misuse or mistreat our platform We may also use your personal data to enable you to interact and work together with brands and companies. This data is necessary for the execution of our service and by registering to our platform, you agree that there is an agreement between you and Trybe Your address will only be used in case you are selected for a Trybe and will only be shared with the company responsible for that Trybe. You can provide us with a different address as long as you can receive mail and or post there. We may use the data to test new features and optimize our services We use your email address to update you on new features and new products. You can always end this by unsubscribing from our mailing list Transferring or sharing data

First and foremost, Trybe will not rent or sell your data to third parties. Some data will however be shared when you use our service:

Data and content you provide to our platform and website becomes public and can be accessed by others. We share your social media name and your name and address with companies that have organized a campagne and have chosen to work with you. They will have to sign a processor agreement that protects your data. Trybe cannot be held responsible in case a company does not follow the terms of such agreement. In case Trybe as a whole or a part of Trybe gets sold, transferred or gets a new owner, your data may be part of the transaction and shared with the new owner. You will always keep the ownership over your own user content and your data will be processed in compliance to the applicable regulations and to the rights described in this privacy policy. In case of any legal claims, your data might be retrieved or used in case this is necessary for the case. This can occur if Trybe suspects fraud or other illegal activities or to protect you and ourselves from misuse or harm. Security

Trybe will take the necessary precautions to safely gather, use and store your personal data. This includes using a safe connection (ssl) for our website and platform, encrypting your data, only giving access to your data to people that have registered an account and not retaining your personal data longer then needed for the purpose it is collected.

Change or retract your data

At any time, you can request access to your personal data that is stored on Trybe. You can also always request Trybe to modify, change or (under circumstances) delete parts or all your personal data. Such request can be sent to us via our website or via e-mail. In case you want to withdraw your consent, you can do this at any time by requesting this via our website or via email.
